Exchange, Refunds, and Returns Policy


Refund Policy:Eligibility: You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return, with issues reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Valid Reasons for Return: Damaged in transit, incorrect item shipped, or incorrect item ordered by you. Please provide an unboxing video and photos for documentation.
Resolution: For eligible issues reported timely, we offer an exchange, a 100% refund, or the correct item shipment at no additional cost.
Condition for Returns: Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues:
